Sales Back Office

For the continuous expansion of our company, we are actively seeking a Sales Back Office (m/f) role to be based at our Tienen (Belgium) location. In this role, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Skillfully assimilating customer instructions and entering customer orders into the ERP system.
  • Expertly handling order processing and monitoring the shipping status of customer orders.
  • Professionally representing the company by addressing and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ensuring accurate updates to customer records.
  • Preparing and sending quotes, as well as presenting written proposals to both current and potential customers.
  • Delivering high-level service and solution-oriented support.
  • Actively supporting our clients and sales team.
  • Engaging in proactive communication with clients.
  • Collaborating effectively with the sales team, offering your expertise, innovative ideas, and client management skills.
  • Managing the layout of offers and contract dossiers with meticulous attention.
  • Efficiently organise scheduling and service arrangements for installations.
  • Handling crucial administrative tasks related to sales back-office operations.

As an ideal candidate, you possess:

  • A natural ability to adapt seamlessly to multicultural environments.
  • Strong self-management skills for effective time organization.
  • A penchant for conquering challenges presented by foreign languages. You are fluent in English and Dutch, and having proficiency in another European language is a definite asset.
  • Proficiency in essential computer tools such as Word and Excel, and familiarity with SAP and Odoo is a significant advantage.
  • A history of working with CRMs, showcasing your tech-savviness.
  • A commercial mindset that enables you to identify clients’ and prospects’ needs through strategic questioning.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and adept time management, even in high-pressure situations.
  • An ability to handle substantial sales files with ease, extracting pertinent information efficiently.
  • A flexible approach to both tasks and working hours, making you a dependable colleague.
  • A dynamic, communicative, and easy-going nature, well-suited for an open organizational culture.
  • A willingness to contribute to the growth of the company.
